Role Summary:

Provide on-site support to Residential Customers

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • - Provide service and technical support to customers during field visits.
  • - Configure and install CPEs at the customer premises.
  • - Check unsolved cases escalated by Technical Support Agents and respond according to procedures.
  • - Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • - Provide high-quality service to all customer.
  • - Submit timely and detailed service reports to the Outdoor Support Supervisor.

Education and Experience:

  • - BS/Technical degree in Electronics or Computer Science.
  • - Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • - Good interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • - Excellent Oral and written communication skills.

Type of contract:

Full Time
