New Account
Setup Instructions:
- Connect the Ethernet cable from the Wireless Modem to your PC.
- Turn on the Modem and make sure you have at least 3 LEDs ON.
- Make sure the TCP/IP Properties in Local Area Connection are set to automatic.
- Open Internet Explorer and click on SODETEL Logo, enter the ID and Password written on the card and proceed to create a new user.
- You have 10 minutes to finish the registration, or you may need to Restart the modem and try again.
- When the Registration is complete, turn off the Modem for 5 minutes.

Account Status & Refill

- Connect the WINS machine directly to your PC “bypassing any router”.

To refill your account Click here
- Type your Username and Password to login.
Refill Account:

Go to: wins.sodetel.net.lb
- Type the card ID and Password as they appear on your card.
Account Status:
- You can check your expiry date in the “Summary Page” button.
- You can check your volume consumption in the “Check Status Now” button.
