Instructions:

1. Connect the WINS machine directly to your PC "bypassing any router".
2. To refill your account Click here
3. Type your Username and Password to login.

Refill Account:

1. Go to: wins.sodetel.net.lb
2. Type the card ID and Password as they appear on your card.

Account Status:

1. You can check your expiry date in the "Summary Page" button.
2. You can check your volume consumption in the "Check Status Now" button.

Setup Instructions:

1. Connect the Ethernet cable from the Wireless Modem to your PC.

2. Turn on the Modem and make sure you have at least 3 LEDs ON.

3. Make sure the TCP/IP Properties in Local Area Connection are set to automatic.

4. Open Internet Explorer and click on SODETEL Logo, enter the ID and Password written on the card and proceed to create a new user.

5. You have 10 minutes to finish the registration, or you may need to Restart the modem and try again.

6. When the Registration is complete, turn off the Modem for 5 minutes.
